...Huh. Well, suddenly waking up in a very bright place after having your body start to tear itself apart is usually not a good sign.

Assuming the dark speck in the upper righthand corner of the last panel is actually there, I'd guess she's supposed to go towards it.

The speck does look pretty far off, so she probably has quite a walk ahead of her.

I'm pretty sure that's a large beetle or possibly a hostess cake roll floating about ten feet above and a few feet right of her.

Or I guess maaaybe a far off door or person or something. Hard to tell with no perspective. ;)
