Really juicy typo to be fixed in this one.

Erm... I don't see one? Maybe Poe fixed it before I caught it this time, or maybe I'm tired and therefore stupid and spelling-impaired.

Time for the elves to finally reap what they have sown. Oh, yes.
As an aside, with how long elves' lives are, and the way their civilization has gone, I highly doubt that there is really such a thing as as elven civilian.
Open up on 'em, Ian. Just let a few run off an hide, so that there's at least some left to remember and weep.

I'm guessing that there actually are a fair number of elves who don't much go in for actual combat or even the whole stand around in a giant metal suit that evidently lowers I.Q. somehow.
I'm also guessing that the first time Ian actually sees a zombie (or several) ripping apart an elf in a dress he'll suddenly have one of those remorse-things happen. See, something else that probably most elves have already seen...I'm really curious about what (besides the zombie thing) Ian was talking about there.
I wonder how many times Ian can raise the same corpse after it's been hacked apart. He doesn't seem to be spending a lot of effort on these ones, which makes sense since he's just using them for meat-shields (and probably for the shock effect). I also wonder if he knows that the elves know he's there already, or if his "something they've never seen before" is already in action. I'd think that if that disruption were Meji, probably the Tsuiraku Council would have noticed something on their end.

It did get fixed, I see. When this first went up, Anita was pointing out that the elves, quote unquote, "persevered" the corpses ... which might fit the situation in a twisted sort of way , but is an unusual way of putting it.Imp-Chan wrote:Erm... Mildly morbid thought: Wonder if Toren and Sarna and Melrin, not to mention the unnamed guy that Jon shot in Tsuirakushiti, are among the "recruits" here?

I would imagine an elf ranger might be more interested in being buried out of doors.Graybeard wrote:Mildly morbid thought: Wonder if Toren and Sarna and Melrin, not to mention the unnamed guy that Jon shot in Tsuirakushiti, are among the "recruits" here?
Ever see the Peter Jackson movie Dead Alive?ChunLing wrote:I wonder how many times Ian can raise the same corpse after it's been hacked apart.

Probably by the end of this story arc, I won't need to.
