Misa, the elven version of a teenager, always picking the most inconvenient time for a rebellion. In most military units, under those conditions, such insubordination can get you shot.

Red-shirts are the guys who go along with the main characters and die to show how the monster works. In this case, that would be the elvish military folks who Sarine is keeping with her, not the Tsuirakuans, so Sarine is actually telling Misa to drop the red shirt.Viking-Sensei wrote:Sarine: "Quickly, Misa! Yes, in TNG it was the Yellow shirts. A quick solution to determine which is relevant? Do we have a Worf?

Eh, I have to disagree. That might happen in a modern disciplined military (although I'd think it takes much more than a single "No"), but I think we can't project the same discipline or culture onto a fantasy paramilitary force - especially composed of creatures who, due to almost non-existant population growth, are very keen on not dying. Also, as I understand it, Misa's "No" meant something more along the lines of "But this plan will get you/me/everyone killed," rather than a "Fuck off, you ancient bitch with enough issues to drive the remaining population of PA insane twice over, you don't get to boss ME around."Slamlander wrote:Misa, the elven version of a teenager, always picking the most inconvenient time for a rebellion.
