The silver-plate-guy doesn't seem to be screaming. His shoulder pads, gigantic as they are, must have given him just enough buffer space for the bullet to miss his flesh.

First off, I like the new site.
Next, Jon isn't correct but he probably suspects that. Yes, the elves are very sloppy. They left him his guns. Major mistake.
