I don't know how much blood vampires need to get by but its amazing that Nikki has gotten by this long. I realize she's baited pedos for dinner, I assume she's done similar targeting of the worse dregs of society to get by but if a guy who's willing to turn random innocents into gibberish spewing psychopathic streakers because he didn't get enough candied corn as a kid doesn't pass muster for din-din then she's got issues they don't have names for yet.

I think it's pretty much a knee-jerk reaction to disagree with anything Naga suggests. Remember that, so far today, Naga has stolen a wheelchair and clothes from an elderly gentleman (possibly killing him in the process) and wantonly slaughtered the victims of this insane plot under the justification of self-defense.

Also, Nikki does have roommates who pay rent in blood, which probably cuts down on the hunting a bit.
