Well there's different mead as well, of course. With a range from totally sweet to quite tart with only a slight touch of sweetness left. And that's even without counting in all the different seasonings that can be added.
I like to use a chili-flavoured mead for cooking, by the way. Especially for risotto. Works perfectly!

No... in fact Naga kind of dies (and respawns offpanel) in a lot of the comics I wrote... it goes back to the cut intro story arc which suggested Naga was some random mob from an mmog and was saved from yet another death by female dwarven paladin having a lag freeze just before finishing her off for the xp needed to hit max level.

Ressurection is the best super power.
And yes, mead is awesome and versatile.

Chili mead? Do you have a recipe? I home brew and have been wanting to get another mead going.

Unfortunately not, no. I've never tried homebrewing mead myself (I made some beer once and my dad makes some trübli (grappa) every year, but that's it.) What with me living only a few minutes driving distance from a store that sells over a dozen different meads and is run by some good friends of mine. Nor do they brew themselves.Sareth wrote:Chili mead? Do you have a recipe? I home brew and have been wanting to get another mead going.
Can't be that much of science behind that one though. Just about every bigger mead brewery that I know of is selling one of those.

I am jealous of your local booze dealer and their mead selection. I can only get my hands on real mead around the end of year holiday season.

There's an easy solution to your problem: Move to Switzerland! (Germany works as well.)TheLastOutlaw wrote:I am jealous of your local booze dealer and their mead selection. I can only get my hands on real mead around the end of year holiday season.

A perfectly logical and reasonable course of action.
