I just thought Seth was wimp. I mean, that punch looks really wimpy.

We know his sister's super strong and super fast. Super tough tends to go along with that, and I was assuming they had the same power set.

Not really that wimpy if you look at it closely. Craig's head turns quite a bit, his jaw pressed sideways and the impact clearly showing on his cheek. Considering how he can take the punches as a direct close combat warrior type of superhero, that says a lot about the actual strength in that hit. And judging from how Seth holds his bow, he used his off hand too (probably because he actually expected to hurt it).
