Honestly, I think Naga needs a dangerous lunatic quack to work on her. I doubt a self-respecting licensed physician would go within ten feet of her.

I think anyone willing to try to save Naga probably counts as a dangerous lunatic right out of the gate, and if a doctor I suppose that makes them a quack too.
