Should I be concerned about the April Fool's Day ship date?

I'm glad my sense of humor is occasionally appreciated.
Also, we're waaaay behind on pre-orders right now! The sooner people order their books, the sooner Poe and I can stop curling into fetal positions and staring at the pre-order meter with hollow eyes.
Plus, if we make our pre-order goal in time on THIS volume, we are much more likely to try to put out Volume 4 in time for Christmas.

Awesome, as soon as I actually have a job to pay for it I'll (pre-)order a copy.
Just had a look over at Selling Out for Fun and Profit site and I couldn't see anything about overseas orders (since I'm from ol' blighty), so I was wondering if/how living in the UK would effect the pre-order/order (other than being more expensive of course, which is a given)?

Pre-orders aren't really affected by where you live at all. You can pre-order or order the book no matter where you live. The only thing that would affect would be the shipping, which you're right will be a bit more expensive, since postal rates are pretty high for overseas shipping.
Honestly, the best way to minimize your shipping costs if you live overseas is to get a bunch of stuff together and order it all at once with the international flat rate shipping. It costs more up front, but averaged over the different products it costs less than shipping them each individually. I'd suggest that if you have a club or group of friends who would all like a copy of the book or other stuff from the store, you can have them order all their copies together and ship the books to somewhere central for distribution to keep costs down.
