20080326, first panel, Sarine's first bubble: "Not quite the crowd I hope for" -> "Not quite the crowd I hoped for", or perhaps "Not quite the crowd I'd hoped for".
20080326, first panel, Sarine's second bubble: "lower houses members" -> "lower house members", or perhaps "lower houses' members".
20080326, first panel, Sarine's second bubble: Add punctuation at the end of the sentence.
20080326, first panel, Sarine's fifth bubble: "better that the" -> "better than the"
20080326, fourth panel, council's second bubble: "step foot in this camber" -> "step foot in this chamber"
20080326, fourth panel, Jon's third bubble: "that just sound like a heck of honor" -> "that just sounds like a heck of an honor"
20080326, sixth panel, council's second bubble: "since anyone one" -> "since anyone"
20080326, sixth panel, council's third bubble: "...and probably never before by a woman." doesn't really make grammatical sense with the previous bubbles. I am uncertain as to what phrase of similiar length would fix this, however.

Yeah, I was wondering... it seemed like there'd been a long time since there was a typo... is the spelling experencing a little "impus ex machina"?Imp-Chan wrote:Bloody hell. How did I miss that one?

Re: That Typos Thread
I'm sitting down with Poe before the lettering stage to help him pare down his dialogue and to make sure things are stylistically consistent. Unfortunately, these meetings get stuck at certain points, and thus far the only one we've had since the switch to chapters took place at around one in the morning. I caught a few more bugs on the final read when we were setting up the downloads in the store, but it looks like I'm going to need to read slower next time.

20080910: panel 7, Misa's first speech bubble: "I told you its okay" should be "I told you it's okay".
Incidentally, this is the first typo I've seen here in many moons. This business of preparing everything in advance is obviously helping produce a quality product!

Re: That Typos Thread
*sigh* I'll fix the page.
Out of curiosity, have you noticed a change in the writing as well as the errors, or has it remained fairly consistent with Poe's usual style?
I've noticed several places where transitions were more jarring because we cut a lot of dialogue and didn't pay enough attention to the rhythm of the words, but I also may be reading a great deal more critically than most other people would.
