2009-02-16: first panel: the "what? why?" bubble is pointing at Meji, which doesn't seem to make sense. If it's Sarine it should be pointing down (off-panel) or something.
March 6, 2009. 2nd Panel:
"Why does arriving to a completely empty room fill me with more dread then if the elves were here waiting for us?"
Should be:
"Why does arriving to a completely empty room fill me with more dread than if the elves were here waiting for us?"
Then/Than confusion has become my latest Internet pet peeve.
I ate a bite of ice cream, then smiled.
I'd rather eat vanilla ice cream than chocolate.
2009-04-17, second panel, Sarna's first bubble: "broadside" should be "broad side". Big difference between a lot of guns firing at once, and a big wall. In the same bubble, "Oh come on Sarine" really should be punctuated "Oh, come on, Sarine" -- but that's minor, and space may not allow it (really don't want the speech bubble to obscure the art).
It's been gratifying to see how few of these there have been this year. Some real work has gone into proofreading the comics before they go up.
Because old is wise, does good, and above all, kicks ass.
