I'm thinking something kind of like Pretear or Seven Samurai or Hidden Fortress where she accumulates a group of soldiers and advisors to help her take over the world. Some ideas:
Babs, obviously, for espionage and assassination.
An amoral but loyal psychic boy for internal control, moral support, and interrogation.
A specialist hacker who does nothing but scan the net all day for clues to trends in finance, politics, and popular culture. Starts out really fat do the point of disability, but Jordan slims him/her up with a few treatments.
An AI.
Buster Sword girl, although she might come into conflict with Babs. Also, Jordan really, really does not lack for brute force.
Bimbo for day-to-day management.
What would a sequel look like?

I think it would look like this, and I could totally stand to see more.

Re: What would a sequel look like?
She really needs a coherent plan for world domination. But that would ruin the comedy, and she'd hijack yet another comic and... make it a web classic.
But now that I think of it, she really does have an evil organization in the making among the main characters. They're all either "bad guys" who aren't really that bad, just like her, or they're "good guys" who don't really believe all that strongly in the status quo. It's got a decent balance of rationality and foolhardiness, and their skillsets have a lot of range. She could probably convince Falchion if she really, really wanted to, especially since he finds very little worth admiring in either his father or the system itself, and the aliens would make an awesome science team that would be too unambitious to turn against her. Plus, it looks like most of them really need the cash. Given the speed with which she burns through bases, she probably has a lot of it. And the neighborhood they live in has threats to humanity living in the open without any real hint of harassment, so that's another bonus.
Also, she should focus more on improving her health, although being the subject of TOO much improvement might have made her afraid of human biology.

Re: What would a sequel look like?
So you're saying, something along these lines?
Jordan: Overall leader
Falchion: Bodyguard, Enforcer and Boytoy
Seth: Hitman
Nikki: Hitwoman
Naga: Body disposal
Fran: Occult department leader
Marx, Zakmar and Bill: Lab assistants (Quite honestly: Do you see Jordan giving up the reigns in the lab? I sure don't!)
Becky: Receptionist/Support hotline (Sending (successfully!) a vampire into bright daylight to buy groceries? She certainly has what it takes!)

I'm with SD. We're putting the anal into analysis.

Kinda, sorta, exactly what I had in mind.
And Naga's a great team mascot, she's completely self-centered without being genuinely disruptive to any of their activities, so she brings a lot of energy. The rest of the "group," especially Jordan, can seriously learn a lot from her cheerful, animal simplicity.
