The needing accounts to comment on the forum thing is an old rule dating back to even previous forums, so the statement and attribution of motives is highly inaccurate.
But no, none of that is in violation of the rules. By all means post it in the correct subforum (that'd be the one for DNPWWO), I'm sure the discussion will be interesting.
