"the actual religion, Zoroastrianism" as in the joke in this is a parody of Zoroastrianism, or just that Zoroastrianism is a religion in the actual, non-fictional world?

Yeah I know that, I'm just not clear if the phrase I quoted just means that (that it's an actual religion), or if it means that Zoroastrianism is the actual religion of which Zeherianism is a parody.

Hey, if you don't like Zehirianism, you can always go with "Homofagoism", which literally translates as "human eatingism". (homo = human, phagein = to eat)

People unfamiliar with Latin may misinterpret it though. Especially since it would've been Naga inventing the word in-universe.

I wanted to make the joke about Naga trying to use a bullshit " man eating snake people equivalency of keeping kosher" excuse. And for some reason my head locked in on some D&D snake god for the name of the phony religion , and by the time I was done I ended up with a religion name that accidentally looked more like "Zoroastrian" more than any of the various religions with well known dietary restrictions. Which all kind of ruined the joke, and so I tried to salvage it by throwing in the tax shelter bit at the end.
