New comic is up.
Goblins, Kobolds, Hags... why are there so many baby-eating creatures around in the Does Not Play Well With Others universe? We humans have spent a lot of time trying to GENOCIDE! anything that tends to eat our kids, historically speaking... You would think that, at this point, there wouldn't be a single Goblin left...

Perhaps driving all the goblins to extinction is easier said than done? When something goes extinct irl, and it's our fault, it's usually because this animal had very specific needs for it's survival and loss of habitat (from pollution, deforestation, and city building) deprived it of these needs. Goblins, though, can live pretty much anywhere and eat pretty much anything.
The anime "Goblin Slayer" is worth a watch, although it does get extremely violent sometimes. The main character says a lot of interesting things about idealism VS reality, and knowing the limits of your own power, and about how strategy is the most important thing that you can bring into battle.
