Errant Tales 2011 Subscription Shipping Issue

While trying to purchase the Errant Tales 2011 Subscription, I get the error "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements." Since it works fine for purchasing other things, is there some issue with the Subscription shipping? Are other people having this problem?

Others are, I am calling our administrator to fix it. I think the issue is that the product is marked as having free shipping so subscribers are not charged twice, and something is wrong with that store module.

We'll get it fixed ASAP.
