Problem with bookmarks

Post by joeflood »

So I received three bookmarks today but there's just one problem... When combined with all the bookmarks from previous donations, I have too many bookmarks and not enough books to have in a half-read state! Oh the dilemma. What should I do?

note: this isn't a real problem and the bookmarks are great

Frame them?

For 2009, we're thinking of switching to limited edition post cards. They should frame out fairly easily, and they're faster to send.

And postcards work nicely as bookmarks!

Yes... AND they don't involve me spending ten hours with a paper cutter and ungodly amounts of time with a laminator every month to produce them to an acceptable quality.

For some reason I read, "Limited Edition Trading Cards," and said, "Sweet!"

Just so long as the cards don't read "Tap to cause 1 point of damage to target Ensigerium."

I think you just came up with something now. A Errant Story collectible card game.

Oh, it could totally be done. I even have a fully working game mechanic I developed several years back... but Poe hates CCGs, so I've never pressed the issue.
How could a plan this awesome possibly fail?

I've got an ACTUAL problem with my bookmarks.

Disclaimer: I don't donate for the purpose of getting bookmarks. I donate because I think your comic is worth supporting. But that said, the bookmarks are pretty cool, and if I can pick up one every time I send some money your way, it just makes it that much more worth while.

So my problem is this: I've only got one bookmark so far! I got the May bookmark just fine, but I'm still waiting on September and October. I don't expect them overnight or anything, but I'm a little curious as to whether my name got dropped off the list for September or whether that's still in transit.

I got a little behind with all the conventions, so September and October are still in production.
