2010 Admin Elections

Post by Imp-Chan »

As per usual, there are two spots open for administrators here on the forum. Nominate at will, we'll hold elections in probably about a week.

Mostly, they clean up spam. However, if an issue were to ever arise about board policy, they would be the ones in charge of making the decision/arbitrating user conflicts. They also have the power to ban uncooperative users who don't follow the rules, but so far that's just been a ton of spammers. We've been lucky not to have the kinds of conflicts that the administrators really exist for.

Hmm...I guess someone must be doing a pretty good job on that, as I've never noticed anything that was really spam per se. I suppose that means I nominate the current admins for a round of applause and thanks (no more tangible awards being in my powers).

I cleaned up one spam in the past year. Its a pretty cushy gig.

I'm willing to "officially" run again, even though I haven't been around much lately. I'm hoping that now that the baby has calmed down a little (this week, anyway) I should be able to provide a more effective presence once again.
How could a plan this awesome possibly fail?

Quadrupal shot chocolate espresso with cream, please.

...

Oh... Not *that* kind of service. Sorry.

I think the previous lot have done a good job. I see no reason to make changes.
